The result is evident in the Shun Kagerou office knife’s long-lasting edge retention and exceptional sharpness – for effortless cutting, as food simply glides off the blade.
The unique appearance is evident in the upper part of the Shun Kagerou office knife blade, which features a high-gloss polished finish. A delicate pattern of dual-core damask steel winds its way along the cutting edge.
